TopSchool’s Three T’s Series Helps You Get More Out of Your Student Data
Customer support should never take on a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why we’ve launched the TopSchool Three T’s Series so each of our customers can learn exactly what, when and how they want. We’ll not only cover the ins and outs of our system, but also big picture trends and ideas around student information management.
The Three T’s Series is designed to help our college and university clients get more out of their data so they can in turn deliver a better student experience. The series includes:
- TopSchool Topics: we’ll be brining in guest speakers and experts in higher education to host webinars focused on best practices to effectively recruit, retain and place students.
- TopSchool Training: led by a TopSchool subject matter expert, our online training courses offer specific, detailed instruction in a particular area of the TopSchool SLM system.
- TopSchool Tips & Tricks: our “Did You Know?” audio podcasts and video clips will offer quick 10-15 minute sessions on interesting shortcuts in our system.
Our first training course, “Using TopSchool’s SLM System: Career Services” kicked off our Three T’s Series last month. In case you missed it, you can access the session recording here.
Just last week we hosted our second training course, “Using TopSchool’s SLM System: Registration 2.0,” on December 6th. This session covered academics registration configuration, bulk registration and self-service registration. You can listen to the recording here.
