Our winter product release is live! To sum up the features and functionality, it’s all about increased flexibility and greater efficiencies. We’ve taken customization to next level through our new API platform, while continuing to advance the way colleges and universities manage student information from prospect to placement.

New API Platform:
While we’ve always been built to support integrations across educational systems, this expansion of TopX™ provides an API platform that gives schools the opportunity to easily create their own applications and integrate them on their own within the TopSchool system. Institutions can also extend functionality for third party applications, mobile applications and tablets. We co-developed our web services platform with our customers, and believe this level of flexibility means that everyone can leverage our system in a way that meets their unique needs.
Student Lifecycle Advancements:
Managing and tracking students from initial inquiry through job placement just got easier. Our enhanced Career Services functionality enables schools to reach out to employers through email marketing capabilities, and also allows advisors to easily search for jobs and refer them directly to students. The list of advancements also includes:
- Expanded curriculum management tools
- A simpler grade book and attendance user interface
- CRM functionality integration with the attendance module
- A Paypal gateway for online payments
