Matthew Schnittman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Matthew joined TopSchool in April 2008. From 1999 to 2008, Matthew was with eCollege, leading provider of on-demand eLearning solutions to the education industry. At eCollege, Matthew served in a variety of executive roles, including president from August 2004 until his departure. During his tenure, eCollege was named to the Deloitte and Touche “Fast 50″ for four years running, until its 2007 acquisition by Pearson, LLC. Prior to eCollege, Matthew worked in the consulting industry at CCD LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers’ management consulting strategy group where he worked with Fortune 500 companies. Matthew was recently named one of the 25 most influential people in the Career College Sector. Matthew is a graduate of the University of Arizona, and holds a Master of Business Administration from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
Justin McMorrow, Chief Customer Officer
Justin joined TopSchool in April 2008. From 1999 to 2008, Justin was with eCollege, a leading provider of on-demand eLearning solutions to the education industry. At eCollege, Justin served in a variety of executive roles, including vice president of sales and business development from 2006 until his departure. Prior to leading the sales organization, Justin founded the eClassroom division of eCollege that provided eLearning solutions to K-12 education. During his tenure, eCollege was named to the Deloitte and Touche “Fast 50″ for four years running, until its 2007 acquisition by Pearson, LLC. Before eCollege, Justin helped found the Institute for Education Best Practices at the American Productivity and Quality Center. Justin is a graduate of Trinity University.
Chris Chumley, Vice President, Product Management
Chris joined TopSchool in 2008 and leads all product management activities. Prior to TopSchool, Chris was with Exeter Consulting leading the implementation of student information systems at multiple, large public universities. His last role was leading the implementation at the University of Puerto Rico, which involved moving the institution from 11 separate student systems to a single common system. Before Exeter, Chris spent almost six years at DeVry University as the program manager for all student system initiatives. During his tenure at DeVry, total enrollment grew by 23%. In his capacity at DeVry, Chris also served on the product advisory board for the Oracle Student System and helped define product priorities and feature requirements. Chris’ previous background includes six years at Ernst and Young Consulting advising Fortune 500 companies on organizational strategy and leading enterprise transformation projects. Chris holds a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
Justin Sloan, Senior Director of Solutions
As Director of School Process & Business Intelligence, Justin is responsible for conducting needs analysis assessments for schools to determine the best approach to managing and reporting on student information. Prior to TopSchool, Justin was the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at The College of Wooster, where he was responsible for strategic marketing and enrollment systems. Justin’s also served on the College Board’s Recruitment Plus Client Advisory Group. Justin has an extensive background in higher education software as a service implementations, including enterprise solutions, prospective student portals, reporting suites (predictive models and dashboards), and digital video networks and applications. He holds a Master’s degree from Earlham College and a Bachelors degree from The College of Wooster.
